Returns / Refunds

Our Return Policy lasts 15 days from purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some Art is NON-REFUNDABLE, including but not limited to: Select Artist Prints; Limited Edition Prints; Sale Items; Original Artwork; Mounted, Stretched, and/or Framed Prints that require additional time and materials; and Gift Cards purchased through Fineartbistro.com. These items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Refunds are Not Guaranteed, Nor Granted:
– For any item that is not returned in its original condition
– For any item missing parts, or its original retail packaging
– For any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, including: Any item that is lost or damaged in transit; Any item that is not received due to loss or theft in transit or upon delivery.

Replacement Items:
No Refund is available for select items, however Lost and/or Damaged Items may be re-produced to fulfill our sale obligation with a Replacement of the same item at our discretion. If we are able to determine Cause of Loss/Damage, we may reproduce and re-ship the item(s) to the customer with expectation of fulfillment and delivery.
Items deemed to be Lost or Damaged in transit will be re-processed by or through our company and its affiliates, and the Replacement Item(s) reproduced and shipped as soon as possible. Delivery Date(s) for re-production items are not guaranteed, due to availability of materials, production schedule, and holidays. We will work to replace a purchased item under these conditions as soon as possible.

There are certain situations where a Partial refund may be granted: 
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will be granted no more than 50% of purchase price.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Shipping Costs are included in the final sale price of all art purchased through www.fineartbistro.com. These Shipping Charges are Non Refundable.
• Any Refunds granted will not include costs FAB incurred to ship the original item.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 days of receiving our confirmation email, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Keep in mind it may take additional business days before your refund is officially posted with your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@fineartbistro.com

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you purchased the wrong item and would like to exchange it for a different item, we will gladly Exchange your print for another image within 30 days. Note, additional shipping charges will be applied.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and insurance costs for returning your item. Depending upon your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we recommend tracking and insuring your package.
Items lost in transit to us will not be refunded.
