Returns / Refunds

Our Return Policy lasts 15 days from purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some Artist Prints, Limited Edition Prints, Sale Items, Original Artwork, and Gift Cards purchased through Fineartbistro.com are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any items lost in transit, or not received, will not be refunded;
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will be granted no more than 50% of purchase price.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 days of receiving our confirmation email, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Keep in mind it may take additional business days before your refund is officially posted with your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@fineartbistro.com

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you purchased the wrong item and would like to exchange it for a different item, we will gladly Exchange your print for another image within 30 days. Note, additional shipping charges will be applied.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending upon your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so tracking your package is very important.
Items lost in transit will not be refunded.
